URL checking is useful. But it would be nice if we could limit it to just the files that are changed in the PR. That way, the PR is not held hostage to URLs outside the PR which have coincidentally gone bad at the same time.
If we do this, we should have a separate workflow with a manual trigger (and maybe also on a schedule) that checks the whole site.
