Setup automatic rebuild #35

To move things from "scheduled" to "past" in a timely manner, we should automate the rebuild.

One way would be to simply rebuild daily using the built-in action scheduled trigger capability.

A more sophisticated way would be to figure out when we need to rebuild based on the end of the next scheduled event. It is probably not work the effort, however, since the site is cheap to build.

Rebuilding at 12:0am AOE so that tutorials move to the "past" list promptly.
