The recording is available via SC23 Digital Experience through 1 Jan 2024. We'll ask if we can get the recordings after that.

Based on a conversation with Phil Roth (SC24 general chair), releasing the videos to us may violate some kind of rule(s) of the sponsoring societies (ACM and IEEE). He said he'd look into it (primarily for SC24).

Despite the above, I asked the SC23 tutorial organizers about this on 2023-11-16. We'll see.
