Review Carpentries Lessons web approach #5

Review what Carpentries lessons look like, both in output and in source form, to help decide whether we want to use them for our lessons.

This is a well-tested approach that has a lot of other users. I think, in the long term, this will be the way to go. I've talked about it with the team and briefly reviewed with them what Carpentries site look like (but not so much what it takes to construct them), and I think they're generally in agreement that this is a good way to go.

However, the Carpentries folks are in the midst of a substantial re-do of their web lesson infrastructure. I haven't found any clear picture of their timeline to roll our the new version. At the moment, while I'm working on improving the structure and automation of the main tutorial web site, I think we can wait. Maybe when the web site and related tutorial management concerns are in a better place, we can revisit the question of changing and new or old lesson style.

Moved the licensing module to the (old) Carpentries-style. It works well. Though it might be harder for modules that rely more on graphics.
