Consider introducing heat eq example or reorder presentations #57

I noticed that in the testing talks, we talk about the h-n-w heat equation code, but we never introduce it. The introduction is in the design presentation. Maybe we should think more carefully about the order of these presentations? Or maybe we should introduce a little more explanatory content into the testing talks? (Of course this takes time, which is usually at a premium.)
