It is not good for me to be the only person who understands and can implement the process we've honed to produce our tutorials. I'd really like everyone on the team to get the experience of being an organizer at least once.
My proposal is that each person on the tutorial team takes a turn working directly with me through the process of producing a tutorial. We have instructions and the utilities pages provide recipes for most of the process. So in my opinion, while it is a rather detailed process, but it is not actually hard to do. It does take some time. And since my intent is that we work very closely together (i.e., using Zoom screen shares), we need to plan a little extra time for it.
