Add "upcoming event" or similar label #71

It would be nice to have a label to quick identify issues associated with a specific event as opposed to the more general ones. Something like "event preparation" or "upcoming event" or similar.

Add to json and to all relevant repositories

Maybe separate labels for organizer tasks and presenter tasks.
