Also could you tell us where the snapshots are beeing saved so we may delete 
them manually? 
As the program requests  hdd image to save snapshot i supose they are somewhere 
in the image. But where exactly and as what files?

You can manually delete snapshots from the vm using the Monitor Console after 
you boot the machine. Once in the monitor console you can see existing 
snapshots with command "info snapshots". To delete a snapshot use "delvm 
<snapshotname>", this will free space in the qcow2 image but keep in mind will 
not delete the entry in the drop-down list in Limbo.
