The addition of the new YAML framework (#207), the document does not need to be built by so many different Rmd files.
E.g., files 03a-harvest_driftset.Rmd, 03b-harvest_driftset_noset.Rmd, and 03c-harvest_setonly.Rmd can now be collapsed into one with some simple if (params$do_set), etc.
Perhaps this should wait until #203 is complete, since that will hopefully enable collapsing the 7 effort files down into 1.
