New user registration has confusing error messages #23

New user registration page issues:

no confirmation shown to user when registration is successful and confirmation email sent
form is not reset properly on successful submission and shows bad errors

Modify the new user registration page to:

reset the form on successful submission in case the user ends up on this component again
show a confirmation of successful registration and prompt the user to check their email
redirect back to login page on successful registration
