Which QGIS Version, whhich version of the plugin?

Qgis 3.2.2 and 2.18.13

v 1.2.0

OK, both recent versions but DigitizingTools v1.2.0 does not work in QGIS 2.* The screenshot is not showing the DigitizingTools plugin's toolbar but QGIS' regular Advanced digitizing toolbar. Do enable the Digitinz Tools' toolbar.

OK, I think I get it now. Qgis crashes on install and the plugin is probably not active dispite of showing that it is installed, and this is the regular digitizing toolbar of qgis?? Now I'm trying to updte to 3.2.3. Maybe that will bring a solution.

see #28 and #30 for crashes caused by other plugins. Of course if the plugin is not loaded the toolbar is not visible, a faulty plugin is shown in red in the plugin manager.
