Make Gtk3 app text dark even when unfocused? #20

Hi,

This is a minor design change, but it's something that Numix does that no other Gtk3 themes do, and I think it makes reading eg a Twitter client when it doesn't have focus much easier. Compare:

Thanks for the suggestion. This is easy enough that I could include it in the next update. Unfortunately, I am extremely busy with work right now so I don't know how soon that will be. I'll try to make some time on the weekend.

I've made this change within Kraken-Blue in the master branch and it will be pushed to the other themes eventually when I'm done with this round of modifications.
