Add payment link to quote and invoice

Currently we display a bsb/account number on the quote and invoice.

A user has requested that we add a payment link.

So some questions:

1) do we still display the bsb/Account or should this be optional.

2) do we need to make the payment link dynamic

• some payment links allow you to link via an invoice number or similar
• I don't think we can make this work at the moment as we aren't linked to an invoicing system.
• so unless a better idea is proposed I think we just go with a fixed payment link.

I think both the bsb and payment links should be optional. Add a checkbox for both to control if they are displayed.
