Create a wizard to optimise a tool stock take. #54

Now that we almost have a tool registry working we need a way to optimise the data entry of the tools.

I'm thinking a wizard that prompts you to take the necessary photos and grab the data before moving on to the next tool.

It would be nice if we could ocr the serial no. At the very least we should display the picture of the serial number on the same screen where the user enters the serial no.
