In-game setup

Replace data/models/misc/default_cockpit directory with this: default-cockpit-wip2.zip

The screen UV-s are set up from top left corner, and so to get as much UV space as possible. There are some unused areas, since the screens aren't rectangular. Screen object and material names (same as texture names):
