Multi-arch support #26

Added multi-arch support, e.g. to address bt-sync/sync-docker#25.

If there's anything missing or should be done differently, just let me know.

This PR is in pending state till it's fully tested. No exact ETA, unfortunately.

I'm fairly new to Docker. What's the easiest way to be able to consume this multi-arch image on a Raspberry Pi in lieu of Resilio accepting this?

Edit: Ah, I used my eyes and realised its on Docker Hub.
