why not to put the apt in place in the docker?

Do you mean sync deb-package? I don't really see any difference.

not much right but we would only to run a build and rarely change the code of the dockerfile in place of changing at each new version.

That makes sense, but than it would be more difficult to manage sync versions (no git tags for each release and no hooks). Anyway, thanks for the suggestion, I'll see what we can do.
