Add "SIGNAL" indication on successful HFPAG connection. #5

Currently, only "SERVICE 1" is indicated upon connection. Signal level should also be indicated, as the default value is 0: STATUS SIGNAL 5

It would be even better to use SET CONTROL HFPINIT to do this automatically, but this command requires iWrap 6.2. Our WT32i modules have been shipped with 6.1.0 so far, so to keep backwards compatibility without the need of a firmware update, we stick to the STATUS command for now.
