Indicate phone number when initiating call by bt-trx

When initiating the phone call by pressing PTT or the helper button, no phone number is indicated to the car radio. Therefore, the car radio often shows "no name", "unknown number" or similar. Check how to indicate a phone number from the call book (bttrx is 737373) in this case.

Currently, on press of the button, the call is initiated using DIALING, then CONNECT - which does not offer a possibility to provide a number to the HF device according to iWrap HFP manual. We should check if RING [count] [number] [name], then CONNECT provides the desired behavior.
