Aesthetic issue in full screen #8

When I try to go full screen, the doctor and patient windows do not expand to meet the screen size leading to aesthetic or display issues.

Agree with suggestion, and wanted to change in v1.4 but was not allowed.

We propose to add this to be Not in Scope since the current implementation does not hinder the usability (like NRIC in all 3 list not being able to be seen) in any way for now.

Reason for disagreement: I agree that this does not impact the usability but this is very well an aesthetic issue. Hence, I have termed this as bug of severity VeryLow.

I would also like to note that the NRIC is in fact visible in this case. Hence, I realise that its(the ability to see the NRICs) not an aesthetic issue but that the issue of the non-fitting of the entire window on expansion can definitely be termed as an aesthetic issue requiring solving.
