Reporter's user story: Lois is a young and upcoming news reporter who wants to be the first one to cover an event. When she suddenly hears a train crash, she and her friend collect footage and then edit the video on the spot and are able to post it in under 30 minutes.

Acceptance Criteria:

Users will be able to edit audio separately from the video.
From there users will be able to adjust the volume of the audio.
They will also be able to trim and move audio clips around to "match" the video.
