Thanks! I wish I had saved my stuff #1

Been missing CommLib for years. Want to steal some ideas for the SerialPort class for https://lscs-software.com/. Used to use this stuff to run 16-port DigiBoards on original IBM PCs with full height 10 MEG hard drives. The double ring buffers and "packet" logic were great. Most of today's comm libraries and example programs suck.

Are you still using DOS? OS/2?

I assume this is embedded?

I was interested in finding it because it was used for Descent and some other games back in the day. I don't remember where, but I found the files somewhere else online and cleaned it up. It does look like it's nice to use by comparison. Also uploaded here along with the documentation I was able to find: https://archive.org/details/gcl520a

I didn't go digging through all the files, but it used to have X, Y, and ZModem file transfer as well as kermit.

I'm pretty certain I through out all my floppies.
