PRINS-specific C++ VS projects are broken due to invalid property file references #193

Currently, generated PRINS-specific C++ Visual Studio projects except ServiceIDL and Impl are all broken and cannot be immediately imported into the PRINS solution due to invalid references to *.props files (probably after refactoring). Broken reference values are:

"$(SolutionDir)\vsprops\protobufPaths.props"
"$(SolutionDir)\vsprops\unitTest.props"

Expected *.props file names are:

protobuf_paths.props
unit_test.props
