this isn't everything for musicXML but i think it's good to merge so that it doesn't get too far away from master.

Generates MusicXML as AEXML object from part store
Parses MusicXML from AEXML object into Part object

custom rational position for notes:

<note>
...
<rational-position>
    <numerator>1</numerator>
    <denominator>4</denominator>
</rational-position>
</note>

changes Note.Letter, Note.Accidental, Note.Value so that they are easier to parse

save to disk
open from disk
doctype
more features of music model:
- dots
- ties
- triplets
layout features:
- beams
- flipped
- default x,y / relative x,y

extensions for Note.Letter, Note.Accidental, and Note.Value for parsing in MusicXML.
cleaned up other uses like Key.swift which was using Strings instead of Note.Letter enum
helper functions are AEXML extensions
