Online Table of Contents with Links to All Bitcoin Education Documents #11

We need an online table of contents on a webpage within the bitcoinfoundation.org website. This table of contents would be organized by topics with links leading to the appropriate github document for each topic. Newcomers to bitcoins must have a single starting point, a single gateway that they van use to find more information on the topic that interests them.

The materials can be accessed by the committee's homepage as well as directly from the README.md files in the repository, like this one.

I just realized that you mention a link to the Bitcoin Foundation main website. We will soon post on the Foundation's blog and continue asking for the website links.
