Update instructions / screenshots for adding devices in specter-desktop v1.0.0 #61

With the recent specter-desktop upgrade to v1.0.0, some of the instructions and screenshots for adding devices are slightly out of date.

This isn't a blocking issue (the differences are small and most users will probably still be able to figure out the right steps), but it'd still be nice to keep the guide in sync wherever possible.
