Add demo guide for Transmuter email receipt preset #52

This is the ticket app demo that kukks & r0ckstar did at LNConf in Berlin.

It's kind of strange because it's such a particular use case so it might not be the best for docs.. but it's too many steps for BTCPay blog. Also I've never made html templates before... I can remove them. :D

I'm pretty open to any feedback on this... I just want to start making more Transmuter docs because it's awesome.
