Allow any Symfony version starting with 3.x Even 4.x is probably gonna work, but for now I only need 3.4 to work with Magento 2.

We have just created a m2 extention for one of our customers and are running with version 4 just fine. Everything until now worked as expected, so Version 4 should also be fine. The plugin is running in m2.3.1. Planning to upgrade/test m2.3.2 soon.
