Resource string (plugins.payments.btcpayserver.webhooknote) is not found. #8

Reported by Ndeet, it seems https://github.com/btcpayserver/nopcommerce/pull/7/files# starting line 141, I removed text string from the UI, but the plugin is now throwing an error, and it shouldn't

"webhooknote" seems a bit strange?
