Design Call N°21 Notes:

Store centric view: Will be highlight of our next release. Discussing high-level conceptual items:

Menu items discussion

Adding the different payment methods individually under Wallet?
- Not quite there technically, we'll have to share the states of the wallets across all the different store screens
- Conceptually, not a good idea to have all the wallets in the side bar
Discussing possibility of having a "home" or "dashboard" view per store, on top of a general instance dashboard
No technical blockers
- Any technical issues are not unsolvable
Lightning payment method
- Add a very basic page with infos
- Number of channels
- Funds in channels
- Expose in the UI the LN tools available (RTL, Thunderhub, LightningTerminal, etc...)
- Additional management options would still be in the dedicated tool
- Apps
- Create an app page similar to Umbrel (plugin related)?
- Or a list view of the apps a user has
- Wallet sidebar
- Contains a lot of things (PSBT, Rescan, etc...)
- Would be a whole PR in itself
- Changes improve the state of the wallet by bringing up most of these options in the wallet view
- Wallet transaction view
- Discussing the conceptual placements of a number of setting options
- Discuss adding an additional layer to the manage wallet widget for additional settings on top of the basic settings
User testing:
- Invite users in a call and see if these changes make sense, if some options are not too hard to find, etc...

Took a few iterations to clean up the view

Wallets and Payment > Payment title change
Will be able to refine things once this PR is merged
- In the midst of rebasing Kukks's work
Dennis goes through the new flow

Conclusion: Merge this PR as is as refine afterwards in follow-up PR's

Additional tasks & observations:

Merge payment settings screen and wallet screen
Refine links in the Wallets & Payment screen
- Having them as links doesn't quite fit the purpose, and we don't want to visually send a CTA queue
Even though many lines of code have been touched, the most important here was defining where everything belonged on a conceptual level
- The same thing will be needed for the store-centric PR

Connect-button Still some outstanding questions for Wouter

Adds default currency to be configurable in the UI of the wallet general settings
- Previously it was only configurable through the API
Additional task: Can be added to the Payment page of the store
