new invoice creation #17

checking out and invoice creation works, but if the customer changes items in cart and places another order they are directed to the old btcpay invoice. This is a major bug, rendering the plugin unusable for me.

I've noticed this as well. I'll try if I can find the issue and fix it when I have some time left.
