I renamed it to bit-pay instead bitpay and i also remove public function from the bp_lib.php it was causing error

Hey, I took over as maintainer for this plugin and fixed all the issues similar to your PR but also renamed files and folders to be "btcpay". Please try out v3.0.0 and open an issue if you have problems.
