Change the blue folder icons to orange

While this is aesthetic, we mustn't forget that the charmander project does not seek to change the color-scheme. Which is why, I'd much rather have:

Manteremos um tema de icone padrão, mas você poderá alterar no unity tweak tool

We will keep a standard icon theme, but you can change it in the unity tweak tool

I'm not sure if it's working as intended. See, Only when I zoomed and scaled the icons to the 3rd biggest size, I got to see this:

But at any other icon-size, it looks like this:
