Why using Rails 5.1.6 instead of the latest Rail 5.2.2 #4

Rails 5.1.6 can still be used but I am wondering why not selecting the latest stable version? 🤔

I've upgraded my Rails to use the newest version now. I was using rails installer from here. It uses extremely outdated.
