Add support for Angular 1.2.10 and jQuery 2.0.3

To avoid having to keep up to date with new Angular and jQuery releases, perhaps just remove the hard-coded list of versions. It's well intended but is probably causing more grief than good.

The google-cdn-data can be decoupled from google-cdn in v0.3.0, so once the dependency is finally updated in this project, the grief will be over :)
