Petfinder API signup no longer active #34

It appears that the petfinder API has switched from v1 to v2 but that the signup for v2 is not active yet, so we are no longer able to generate new API keys.

See https://www.petfinder.com/developers/api-key which ultimately leads to https://www.petfinder.com/developers/ where if you click "get API key" you are taken to a page saying only "Sign ups will be available shortly. Please check back soon."
