`sfo bundle` #1

sfo bundle should build an artifact(s) capable of being deployed to now, surge, or any arbitrary server.

This should build in Webpack's production mode and should build for performance. Here is where we want to display file size information and give warnings for size problems.

For v1, we won't support server side rendering but should support code splitting.
