Miniprep status could be more clear -- "miniprep tomorrow" (or something like that) instead of "stalled"

Miniprep status says "stalled" after the completion of inoculation, before miniprepping if the date is today; nicer if it were analogous to the transformation status code that says "score plates tomorrow". Stalled makes it seem like something is wrong.
