Look for a package to replace CollectionManager. #21

This is a database layer to expose over RPC:

However, I am sure someone has implemented something suitable already. Find a replacement and use it, the requirements:

Must allow creation of separate "collections" or "tables".
Collections must be versioned.
Storage should be backed by IndexedDB.
Must find an IndexedDB implementation for running under node.
