Adding Slovak translation #18

Based on #2 I added 🇸🇰 translation for symbol files

Hey @hejty, this is great I'm so thankful. Can you also give me the language_LOCALE code? Does slovak only used in one country?

I'm merging this, remember you can always come back and do changes on this language file. Also keep it in mind I will be adding your name in the app as a contributor.

You're welcome 😉 It's sk_SK. Yes, it's only used in Slovakia.
