Add Norwegian Bokmål (nb-NO) translation for #2

Hey @wkillerud, this is great I'm so thankful. Can you also give me the language_LOCALE code? Does Norwegian only used in one country?

I'm merging this, remember you can always come back and do changes on this language file. Also keep it in mind I will be adding your name in the app as a contributor.

The locale code is nb-NO. Norwegian is only used as an official language in one country. Norway has two written languages though. In addition to Bokmål which is translated here in this PR we have Nynorsk (nn-NO).
