Images Go Black Instead of Upscaling #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run on my eeePC
2. Hida Takuji on playfield
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Card image as expected. Black image until image is scaled down.

Caused whenever displayed image is larger than source image. Check upscaling 
code in PlayableCard
