alarm clock needs to be added back. #10

alarm clock has not been ported to new code, would also be a good idea desync the alarm clock and console clock after time travel, have a button to sync alarm clock to destination time. that way we enter a time. set destination, press sync, clock updates.

So the alarm that I remember was tied to the clock tower sequence, which has not been ported over yet. That said, the clock is separate from the time travel stuff so it would be rather easy to get it to desync.

As an added bonus, I can even do the annoying thing that happens in real life where if you really want to sync it up, you have to set the time right as the minute changes.
