Problem if trying to delete non existing sprite #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. PA_DeleteSprite(0,a sprite that doesn't exist);

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should do nothing.. I see big bugs instead. and sometimes, if you use
variables as sprite number, it can become a BIG problem (that took me hours 
 to solve, and not even perfect)

What version of PAlib are you using ?
last one

Testing on DS or emulator ?
Both

Please provide any additional information below.
If it is possible, make that with every function that may cause memory
problem.. So I guess it could check wether the sprite is there or not..

Change "Invalid" to "Rejected" to follow acceptance statuses more closely.
