I can't get it to run #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I double clicked it on XP.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I got a window that says 'TiledGGD has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP, and I have the dotnetfx 2.0 installed.

Please provide any additional information below.
Is this only a vista program?  I am also a programmer, if you would like
any help.  I can probably port the GUI to Gtkmm or something.

I don't recall coding anything Vista-specific. =/
Have you tried compiling it yourself? (I used VC# 2005 Express, it's free)
