right-side tools not repositioning in maximized mode

-What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. double click the top bar or press the maximize button.

-What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the tools should be repositioned to the edges and the visible area should be 
larger like what happens when you resize the window manually. 
nothing happens instead, the tools stay in the same place and the program just 
creates a lot of useless blank space on the edges.

-What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.0 on win xp sp3

I'd fixed this locally, but I apparently forgot to update in to the repository. 
The next release will have this fixed, but if you want this sooner you can 
download the source and build it yourself. =)
