Compilation extremally slow #26

one file (painfully rewritten to mammouth :D ): 650 lines of code, 23KB compilation time: 11 minutes !

Yes, I remark this too, maybe this problem will be the hard one to fix :(

@korpirkor, I am fixig this by using JISON instead of PEG.JS see this branch this version can't be used yet...

Fixed in this new mammouth version 2.0.0
