Adding auto compiler ST3 plugin #79

This is a SublimeText 2/3 plugin that auto compiles files with a .mammouth extension into PHP upon save.

Hey @mikadev001 I am currently on a Mac, but I fired up a VM and gave it a shot. I've created a branch, where you can find my first take on the Windows compatible version of the auto compiler. You can test it (with caution) and let me know If everything works fine. I've tested it on a Windows 7 installation and it seems to be compiling both .mmt and .mammouth files.
