Merge release branch

Commits

All commits came from devel. I applied the idea of commits to the entire files and kept the author.

from update controller
- update controller
- remove velocity controller
- remove default entity
- remove unnecessary conditions (trains)
- rename and clean demo_drone
- add play
from cleanup tasks
- move forest, pinball to single
- use MultirotorBase make
- remove nav, trackV1
- merge done_spec (isaac_env)
- use stats.clone()
- remove info_spec
- rename observation_central
- move manual_batch
- follow other file's format
- add 01 drones w/ cams demo, fix cams
- clean up import
- move ray caster and import
- new track from devel branch
unify with drone_state
add run test (tmuxp)

The first PR is Support Isaac Sim 4.0. The second PR is Fix demos & Clean warnings. The third PR is Fix tasks. The fourth PR is Add run_task and wandb trained model The fifth PR is Merge release branch Please review it in the order of PRs and commits.

OMG. Thank you so much for your effort. For some unknown reason, my email associated with GitHub notification went silent months ago. I will begin to go over these PRs immediately.
