Upgrading from 1.0 to 2.0 causes unpredictable widget behavior #19

Responsive Version: 2.0

Expected behavior:

Widgets are preserved and do not switch from sidebar to sidebar.

Actual behavior:

Widgets seem to be moving from the main sidebar to the footbar, and other widgets are populating in the main sidebar. From what I can tell, it does not look like the Flexi migration script is accidentally running - there's nothing in the logs, and there usually is when the migration script is triggered.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Clone bu.edu/aphasiaresearch/ to any sandbox with Responsive 2.0 enabled.
  2. Switch the theme to Responsive Framework 2x.
  3. Check the widgets - they will have moved.

@ashleykolodziej I tried to re-create this issue in my sandbox and was unable to re-create. I went through the steps outlined twice, and all the widgets remained in the correct place.

Are you still able to see this issue? Can you provide any more details.
